Each person may hold only one Luck99 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted regardless of the reason — whether created accidentally, to access a bonus a second time, or for any other purpose. If more than one account is found linked to the same person (by name, device, payment method, IP address or other identifying information), Luck99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balance pending investigation.
You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid contact details and accurate payment information during registration. Luck99 will verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Providing false or incomplete information delays verification and may prevent withdrawals until the issue is resolved. If verification fails and cannot be completed, Luck99 may close the account and return any verified deposited balance via the original payment method.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Luck99 support immediately. Luck99 is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your account details or failing to keep them secure.
Luck99 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from Luck99 and requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported to support.
All transactions on Luck99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your Luck99 wallet once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is instant for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.
You may only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you. Using another person's JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet or bank account to fund your Luck99 balance is not permitted. Luck99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of verification. If a deposit cannot be verified as originating from the account holder, it may be reversed.
If you initiate a deposit and the funds are deducted from your payment method but do not appear in your Luck99 wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the issue is resolved, as duplicate transactions may complicate the resolution process.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same-day for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to two business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Luck99 will conduct identity verification before the first withdrawal from any account. Subsequent withdrawals proceed faster once verification is on file.
Funds deposited and used only for real money play — with no bonus activated — are freely withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering is completed, those funds are not available for withdrawal.
If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in progress, Luck99 may cancel the bonus and any associated bonus balance before processing the withdrawal. Your real-money deposit balance will be returned in full.
Luck99 offers a range of bonuses including a welcome bonus, weekly reload offers, PSL free bets, slots cashback and referral rewards. All bonuses are credited automatically when eligibility conditions are met — no promo codes or manual requests are required.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Luck99 actively monitors accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets specifically designed to complete wagering while minimising genuine play, and using VPN or other methods to circumvent eligibility checks. If bonus abuse is detected, Luck99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse any winnings derived from it and restrict the account from future promotional offers.
All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins not used before the stated expiry are forfeited automatically. Luck99 does not extend promotion validity on a case-by-case basis unless there is a documented platform error that prevented a player from using the bonus within the valid period.
Luck99 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ODI series), football, esports and other sporting events. Bets are accepted up to the point when an event begins, and live in-play betting is available on selected markets during events.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic events and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. If an event is abandoned, postponed or voided before the minimum play required for settlement has occurred, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Luck99 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of PKR 5,000,000. Bets placed that would result in a win exceeding this cap will be settled at the cap amount. Accumulator bets are subject to the same overall cap across all legs combined.
If odds are published due to a technical error and are clearly incorrect — for example, a match that should be priced at 1.50 appearing at 150.00 — Luck99 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and re-settle at the correct odds or refund the stake. Players who systematically target and exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may have bet acceptance restricted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck99 platform:
Luck99 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Luck99 may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any balance pending investigation and refer the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
Luck99 may suspend an account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause — including suspected fraud, unresolved identity verification, unusual activity patterns or breach of these Terms. During suspension, the account holder will not be able to deposit, bet or withdraw. Luck99 will contact the account holder within 72 hours of a suspension to explain the reason and outline what is required to resolve it.
If investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, Luck99 may permanently close the account. In confirmed fraud cases, any balance in the account may be withheld. In cases where closure is due to reasons other than fraud — such as where a player's jurisdiction is found to be unsupported — Luck99 will return any verified deposited real-money balance.
You may close your Luck99 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.
Luck99 supports responsible gaming and provides tools to help every player stay in control of their experience. These tools are available to all account holders at no cost and with no penalty for using them.

Game content displayed on the platform is licensed from third-party providers. Rights to individual game titles remain with their respective developers and studios. Luck99 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
Luck99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service quality, Luck99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
Luck99 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity problems on your end, device failures, or circumstances outside Luck99's direct control. In the event of a platform error that results in games or bets being settled incorrectly, Luck99 will correct the settlement to reflect the true outcome and adjust balances accordingly. No additional compensation will be paid beyond the correction of the error.
Luck99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment or emotional distress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Luck99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted at luck99.plus/terms-conditions with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For significant changes — such as those affecting withdrawal rules, bonus conditions or account closure procedures — Luck99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via the contact details on file. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically and stay aware of the current version.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect. Outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of your closure request.
